Yibran Rodriguez was born and raised in Southern California, and has always been influenced by his Latin culture, and cooking with his mother as a kid truly drove his culinary passion. As a young man, he was able to graduate Culinary school and then work on his skills across a variety of culinary positions. He looks forward to combining his passion for crafting dishes inspired by his mother’s recipes with the skills he gained within his culinary roles to create an enjoyable experience for others with his food truck!
